What are you looking at?
This is a picture of my male kitten, when we remember his name we call him Peluso, when not we use the common meau! to call him (isn’t he so cute?).
And everything must be done!, yesssss, stuff I wanted to buy have been purchased by my friend in United States, they are coming next week to my friend’s house and I hope have them on my hands next month.
I am coming to the next milestone in my current software development project, around these days I am going to release the first version of the WAP site of INVEMAR (the organization I work for). It has been an interesting experience and a nice experiment, I hope people like it and find it functional. In these days mobile technology is gaining space in communication market, so it was necesary to add this new diffusion channel to the available ones.
By the way, that is what my camera can achieve using ISO 400, in spite of this image may not be suitable for a large size print, it is great that, not being a professional camera, it can get such nice pictures with not too much noise present. Good job Panasonic!, you have made my life happier
Lulú Sleeping
She was lying on that table that night while I was trying to get a good picture of her, she was moving all the time which made harder to get a focused picture, sometimes she tried to change her position, maybe she was tired of it and of me too, but I took her head everytime and tell her “please stay like this, I would like to take a picture of you”, then she looked at me, moved her tail a short moment and came back to the wished position. All that was cute, it was like she was understanding what I wanted to achieve.
She is Lulú

Look at me
These are some of the Pachita’s kittens, they were born two months ago.
Please look at me and stand still!!!
Pachita’s boyfriend
It was last sunday, I just had took out my camera and start looking for something interesting to shoot and I found him on my neighbor’s wall, I guess he was looking for Pachita, because he is her boyfriend and the father of her new kittens, he stayed over there for some seconds, he was kind of scared but at the same time he seemed intrigued about me so he moved many times to watch me better and I shot some of those movements.
I love this picture, I think it is one of my best pictures ever taken, besides I am getting better at using Lightroom.
That day, the last sunday, I did a photo sesion in my bathroom. I am not kidding, in my house there is an old bathroom (I guess it makes part of the very very historical pieces of Colombia) which is full of textures and interesting weird things which I shot during a whole afternoon, I will post them next week as a “serie of the week” or something like that.
Today I am finishing GED upgrade, I will re-start the CMS project, there are many things I have to cook at the same time.
I took this picture on March 3rd, 2009.
Sunday chicken
Chicken, discovering Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
Yesterday at night I found no pictures in my flash card to post today. So I sat in front of my computer and starting to watch all photos I have and this chicken drew my attention. Original picture had problems with light and some colors were not enough saturated, so I remembered I had installed Photoshop Lightroom in my computer (the truth is that I tried to use it before but I could not find tools I needed for postproduction) and maybe because it was night I could find tools I needed, it was like finding a grocery store, I wanted to use everything (and I did it), and this picture is the result of my first experience with APLR.
I took this picture on February 2nd, 2009 at 11:52 a.m.
Catching up and horse
This picture has been around my gallery since some days ago, but I decided to post it when I reach the “post day”, naaaa I mean when I finally catch up.
I love colors in this picture, it is just beautiful, if you watch picture you will note that there is a piece of wood back of its head that makes the horse to seems an unicorne (it was my sister conclusion after she watched the picture, I just agreed).
Today I have decided I will resume day activities in each post (yes, with pictures too), not just post pictures, so I will fill the everyday’s 15 minutes for my blog. So it is going to be more than a photoblog, I want it to turn into a photolifeblog or something like that (sounds weird, does not it?).
