I am Victor Santafé, a 24 years old guy currently living and working in Colombia. I am a System Engineer, I love my profession, I love everything about Software Engineering and Programming Languages, I love music, photography and everything related to arts.

About my System Engineering

I am a System Engineering graduated from University of Magdalena located at Santa Marta, a beautiful city in the north coast of Colombia.

I really love what I do, I am currently working in Santa Marta for a research institute.

During my college carreer and now during my engineering life I have worked in several software development projects, some of them are part of my job and others are part of my free time software projects.

I have worked with languages listed below:

Java – Everyday’s language, I guess I am in love with her
PHP – I love its versatility, you can do whatever you want with it, so you have to be organized and avoid the mess.
.NET – I used it when I was in my university and when I worked for the goverment, it is great
Javascript and its derivated frameworks - Internet can’t be alive without it, it is an essencial web-mate
Visual Prolog – It was a great experience when I was studying, you can’t imaging how much interesting this language is, I did little but amazing things with it.
C/C++ – Long time without touching it, but I did a lot when I was learning programming languages
Ruby On Rails – A girl that has been around of me for some weeks, we have started to talk about a possible relationship and everything seems it is going to be, you will get many articles about ROR in this blog.
